Watercolour on Acid-free Archival 300g watercolour paper by @st_cuthberts_mill. Coming back to a favourite subject is always a pleasure, although each time I try to do something a little different so as to challenge myself. This ‘’Junk & Harbour’ artwork shows a true traditional Chinese sailing junk as seen circa 1980, which was inspired by a photo reference kindly donated to me by a friend. I still find the contrast between the old-style ship and the modern Hong Kong skyline intriguing.
