This watercolor painting captures the iconic Grade I Victorian-era heritage building located on Lower Albert Road in Hong Kong’s Central District. Dating back to 1892, the building was originally a cold storage warehouse for the Dairy Farm company. In 1913, it was expanded to serve as a residence for the company’s general managers until the 1970s. Today, it is known locally as The Fringe Club, a vibrant contemporary art space and performance venue.
